What don't you like about working at NOVO 1 Contact Centers?

"When the company allows clients of theirs to demand rules, guidelines, etc that can have a demoralizing affect on the employees' state of mind. For example, putting breaks and lunches on hold due to high call volume. When you are already stressed and need to walk around to get fresh air, that is the last thing that you need. /"
