"CEO is willing to invest in research of very new ideas to achieve company goals."

"CEO is a visionary which is good for allowing work on very new designs. However, be prepared to follow his design thinking or else risk being on his bad list. Your ideas may or may not be welcome."

What don't you like about working at Novatek International?

"As a contract worker, I found the CEO would not talk about pay, even after 30 days. I could not work for free, so I had to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide some wage incentives to do the work so some security is felt at the outset of the job. For engineers to give 110% of self to the job, this is crucial."

"The organization was excellent. The staff and my supervisors were wonderful! We all worked together to accomplish our goals and create excellent customer service for our accounts."
