"Novant Health Network is a large hospital system that provides multiple hospitals and outpatient locations for different services. Having worked at several locations, I can confidently say that I have enjoyed all of my patients, coworkers, and administrators. Every person strives to make each patient or customer beyond satisfied with every tool and resource they have."

"I have worked for this company for 8 years and was displaced due to restructuring. Until 2018, I was extremely happy with the company. After that, higher leadership’s priorities seemed very conflicting and not in the best interest of the employees."

"I was hired for the ICD-10 medical diagnosis descriptor change due to happen on 10/1/2014. Congress passed a bill into law that put the change off a full year to 10/1/2015. So only been here four months as the funds for the project dried up. Received excellent training until the bill was passed and have been twiddling my thumbs since. They didn't fire us, team of ten, but have kept us on for a couple of months. But Novant is a great place to work."

"I have worked a short time at Novant Health. The people are very friendly and respectful to one another. Management is fair and takes an interest in the employees. However, the furniture is sub-par, computer software is outdated, and the building is arranged for efficiency, not ergonomics."
