"My employment with NovaBus was fine, they however did not have the patience to see me through my illness and recovery and let me go due to complications of my illness after the FMLA time was up. In spite of my prior 4 years of no problems, they did not let me get well. So I am no longer with them, but remain respectful of many of my former colleagues, and many of my former colleagues have expressed much regret at my dismissal."
"I've worked for Nova Bus for two years, and have found this company to be extremely unethical an without business morals. Because the company is based out of Montreal, they have a terrible disconnect with understanding and comprehending US business practices and the importance placed on business integrity. Their approach in constantly trying to con and deceive US entities is absolutely apprehensible. They have a long road ahead of them in resolving their internal company core values."
