What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"I come from unique world of technology and the company never allowed me to have any training to maintain any of my certifications in the technology streamline. If you never train, how do you stay proficient at my job. Technology changes every year. You have to stay ahead of the game to play the game. Too much micro managing going on for a small section."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean out the dead wood and the butt kissers at the senior level and find out how your people are really doing instead of just having a body in a position, they are not robots. Take care of the people that work for you and maybe they will stay around long enough for you to mentor them to become a senior!!"
