"The relocation system for NG was broken. Current employee had no preferential treatment for applying new company positions."

"Job Security (project affects all employees on the project and it is hard for the company to relocate them specially now unless we are willing to relocate)."

"NG NSD SLC is mostly a manufacturing facility for Northrop Grumman. Most management and engineering is done off-site. This limits growth opportunities."

"Management is very good. It is the nature of the size of the organization that limits local growth opportunities."
