"Northrop management had an underlying tone of racism, there were no African-American managers and most of the minority engineers were treated like second class engineers and were always subject to low reviews by design to minimize your raises."

"Try being more open to suggestions and if you are going to treat your minority engineers like second class engineers try and be more discreet."
