"Be prepared to work very long hours. Enjoy the your time co-workers the tend to be some of the greatest people you will ever meet."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"I didn't have any problems with that company. My relocation to Florida was a bit more than I could personally take. I had a lot of family problems because of my move. I enjoyed the opportunity that was provided to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel I'm not qualified to say. Maybe a little more support to their managers."
