"I have worked for Northrop Grumman Corporation for 10 years and it proved the most valuable experience in my entire career. For 10 years I have worked at different sites, learned new (classified) technologies, worked with resourceful and committed leaders, and found Northrop Grumman to be my most rewarding work experience and one of the best companies for which to work."

"I spent two years with Northrop Grumman. It had pros and cons as with any job. The watch floor team was great to work with, however the management team was very disconnected from what was going on. The management team took a very micromanagement approach and was constantly looking over shoulders. However, the work was very satisfying and as mentioned the team that I did work with was top notch."

"Northrop Grumman is a great company but due to its large size, it really matters what program you are on to steer your career in the right direction. Like all large companies, there are pitfalls as well as advantages. The one thing Northrop was very good about was giving you the opportunity to learn new skills."

"Nothing positive to say about the company. More concerned in management about keeping their jobs than doing them."

"I had to relocate to support a Northrop Grumman contract. However their relocation package actually did not compensate adequately and my coworkers and I had to pay out of pocket to relocate. Additionally the job and staff are unorganized and do not instill any confidence in the future."

"I worked 4 years with this company. While I was able to work on what I was hired to work on for the first year, when the funding was done with that, I had to work on other assignments not related to my Java or SQL experience. They do this often with older workers. You will find yourself possibly working on undesirable tasks and when you get laid off, you will no longer be fresh with the experience. The underlying result is that when you look for your next job it may be more difficult."
