"Northern medical is a very energetic and fast paced place to work. Having been there for nearly 15 years, we are a very tight knit and loyal family-style company. The wages are decent, however there is a lot to be expected as far as individual workload. The only con in my opinion, is that there is little to no avenue for career growth, otherwise I have been extraordinarily happy with my employment."
