Customer Service Representative

"Northeast Utilities is an excellent company. There is room to grow and the employees are very helpful there. My team members were supportive since day 1 when I started. It was unfortunate that I was a temp because I could not advance within the company and become an asset to them. But overall, good company. The company is also good to their employees and rewards them when the job is getting done which I really liked and appreciated. I would recommend anyone to apply to this company because they have a lot of respect for their employees."
