"Near-limitless opportunities for creative expression; within the VNR's, the editors have a wide swath of creative freedom to execute the provided script with creative use of best-suitable motion graphics, stock, & provided footage. Plus, ample down-time provides plenty of opportunity for tutorials, practice, and deepening your software skills & knowledge-base."

What don't you like about working at North American Precis Syndicate?

"From the pervue of now having also worked at some of the best, most modern post-production facilities in the city, hence the nation: the company is a time-capsule; if you do not force the initiative, your skills will fall behind the times.True advancement seemed frowned upon; a glass ceiling of low expectations clearly delineated the possible from the unappreciated. Account Executives disliked bearing the responsibility of shouldering Video jobs with their clients, so often just didn't bother. Efforts toward altering that view of TV Post-Production, and toward the betterment of the department within the company, were not welcomed by the administration."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Suggestions for reform are somewhat capped; opportunities for true change to advance the department within the company depend most primarily on Account Executives' zeal towards advancing TV sales. As their general core competency in TV Media seems lackluster, opportunities for advancement of the department seems in deep-freeze."
