"I've have worked for Normans Nursery for over 6 years now and I feel that this company doesn't reward or support the employees for their hard work. The company has many great workers that left since I've been there due to the lack of support and cuts in benefits. For a family run business, I think it's doing a great job staying open for the last 55 years through all the recession."
