"To make sure before you start working their your equipment is operational and that you have programs you need to perform the job. For instance, if they expect you to create a slide show, make sure they have the programs needed to create a slide show."

"There was quite a bit of office drama during my time at Norman Regional and turnover, which included supervisors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Outsourcing the site to an ad agency and putting your employees in competition with the agency is counterproductive."
