"Go elsewhere, until the company stabilizes and the Japanese side decides what they want to do with the company in the US."

What don't you like about working at Noritz?

"Constant harassment about performance, expense control, petty political issues, and a persistent need to fit into a political regime. No value placed on education, knowledge, or experience. Sole value to the company based upon last week's number, regardless of your role in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember your employees are human beings with lives outside work. Offer truly fair opportunities to excel and show your subordinates some form of gratitude for their labors. Although they might need the company, your company needs them too, not ONLY the customers! You should also pay more attention to what the employees and customers have to say about customer needs."

"Terrible work atmosphere and management decisions were never explained or understood. Every employee below VP level felt used and abused."
