"Payments were based on commission. In order to maximize the commissions made, it was ideal to use suggestive selling techniques. Sales Reps began on the floor making 45% commission on each item they sold. As you move up to Sales Lead positions, it increased to 65%. Assistant Managers increased to 75% and management received 85% plus departmental and store wide bonuses per quarter."
