"I guess the only thing I didn't like about the company was there was no opportunity to higher up the Management level."

"I think that a higher degree and education is important."

"I did not like the job insecurity. The job was state funded and not a lot of room for growth."

"It was at the state level that needed improving. I do however feel that the department chairs could show more loyalty to the hard workers that made the program what it is today."

"no room for growth, too focused on Hierarchy , treated more like a number or like part of a function for their success rather than a valuable part of the team"

"I don't. As I stated .....Hierarchy . They woiuldn't listen to what I had to say based purely on my position in the company."
