What do you like about working at Norbord?
"It was a mill environment in Deposit New York. The management at that location was eiather uninformed, had only recieved their management positions due to a Good Old Boy attitude. This company ran badly due to male egos getting in the way. They even sabotages each other or the whole work progress due to these male ego problems. This division shut down Dec 2009, and what I've noted before is why. Managers had people spying on certain employee;s, the receptionist listened in on phone converations."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Try to stay away from this company if you possibly can. Georgia Pacific would be a much better company male or female to work for."
What don't you like about working at Norbord?
"The attitude towards woman . The generally low salaries for woman. That even the dumbest man is better than the smartest woman to them. That they spy on people, that shows you that they are causious because they have something to hide themselves."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"GET REAL. STOP DISCRIMINATING."
