Noodles & Co. Employee

"I have worked for Noodles and Company for 5 years since 2016. Overall they are a great company in the food industry and I have enjoyed my time working with them. They offer good opportunities for anyone looking to have a career in customer service and restaurant management. I have since moved on from Noodles and Company in 2021 to pursue a career in my area of College studies (Aerospace Engineering)."

General Manager

"I have worked with Noodles and Company since June of 2017. This was my first venture into the fast-casual restaurant setting. The company has a strong sense of self-worth and building employee relationships, but loses focus on what it wants to do. There are major transitions every three months and the corporate ideals do not always fall through with what is being enacted in stores and what we are being told to do on a day-to-day basis."

Shift Manager

"I have worked for Noodles and Company for the last three and a half years. During which I have enjoyed working there if not for the job itself but for the people I work with. My coworkers have become my friends and I have come to know the job well. I was hired as a cashier in May of 2010 and promoted to shift manager a year after. This part-time position was something to help me get through school. Though since having graduated college I am looking for bigger and better opportunities."
