"nonda is a great company with exciting and innovative products. Unfortunately, it has become more cost-effective to move most activities back to China so the US team has become very slim. Additionally, the current tariffs on goods coming from China make it difficult to expand operations and get new business. Most of the company (well over 80%) sit in China and if you aren't accustomed to their culture and work style it can be difficult to fit in. However, they do get a lot of things done and make decisions quickly which is a great change compared to most US companies of their size."
