"Great idea and product! The execution could be way better! Burned through millions of VC investors' money quickly and needlessly. Had to lay off most of their staff! Needs more professional management. Real business-plan and operations-manual with policy and procedures. Each role needs well-defined job-description and responsibilities. Too many people ends up passing buck to someone else, "That's not MY job!". Ends up with having most ill-equipped and least-experience person doing important technical work. Result slow progress with massive delays as work has to be re-done over and over again by someone else more qualified. Need to be faster at firing inept employees (not their fault hiring-manager didn't vet them properly). And hire actual qualified candidates for well-defined written-down and defined roles."
