"It was my pleasure to work at Nokia Siemens Network, and to support the MSO/NOC, Engineering team, Tech Eng team. We have completed a large project which was very complicated. I had a very good supervisor and worked with great team. Our customer was very satisfied and we have increased the network capacity for 3 generations of systems."

"Management swayed with the breeze and didn't seem to stick to a strategy for very long. Initially, a lot of flexibility was given to US operations. Over time, there was more micromanaging from outside of the US."

"My experience with Nokia was special. Due to the fact that I reported my manager's wrong-doing, this manager used all power to revenge the worker's report to the upper leader, but management has no idea how to protect in a situation like this."

"Though my peers and I were hired as part of marketing, after a while, upper management began to make our role a sales function. When that didn't revive sales, the program soon folded and my peers and I were laid off."
