"Nokia has been, as identified in the press, sliding down the market. There is a very much old world philosophy still in place. Politics take precedence of actions. Recent recruits (at my site) are lacking ANY skills - even at Senior level."

"Speak to the ground floor programmers and tester. Your job isn't to please your boss - it's to please those you manage."
