"I have been with Noble Resourses for over 6 years. I started as a tech and in 4 years I was promoted as Project Manager. They opened an office in Fayetteville in which I run. I have 3 Supervisors and 28 techs currently working for me. The company has treated me well and I know they would understand why I would want to make a career change."
