"NOAA being a government facility I find it disappointing the tools to my job are lacking (it may be hard to believe but 11 x 17 paper is actually rationed and in limited supply). The salary rates are somewhat low. It was a bit of a cultural shock coming from NASA after being there 20 years."
"NOAA has an important and honorable mission in monitoring the marine protected areas to preserve marine lives. The supervisors are great and extremely helpful to ensure we have every tool to complete our tasks."
