"I've worked with the New Jersey Turnpike Authority as a temporary employee for just under one year. The company is a government position with very little wiggle-room for any type of modernization. While traditional rules are great, I think that all companies need to keep room for change in order to progress forward with newer employment techniques. The workload is very slow paced and files are all paper still. It was not for me."
