"Nissin is a very strict, Japanese style company. They want to see, and will accept only the most disciplined of people and I am proud to say that I started my career at Nissin Brake Ohio"
What don't you like about working at Nissin Brake?
"Most weeks during contract negotiations were 80+. I am fine with working very long weeks and I dedicate myself fully to my employer, but for the pay, being gone 18 hours a day was a little too steep."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put some money in hiring a couple more employees to take the load off of some overloaded departments, but they know that already from what it sounds like."

"The person in charge of HR has no comunication skills. They tell everyone that they care about their concerns in the work environment while acting like they don't."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a new HR director. Instead of speading all the time in effort trying to convince people you care with meetings and slogans. Just do stuff that shows you care. When actions and words disagree it's wise to believe the actions."
