"In a car dealership the hours became very stressful, I was working 6 days a week and sometimes 70 hours a week."

"Make some marketing changes as we were a destination store and still need to drive people to our website and to the dealership."

"Where some employees get hand off sales where other are having a hard time getting sales."

"Treat every one fair and equal and keep it a fun environment."

"There was never a lot of opportunity for promotion and ideas that were presented would sometimes be credited to others."

"Crete more opportunities for promotion as an incentive plan and be more open to new ideas for performing task."

"I love being a business development coordinator, but Chapman Nissan is the worst place to be one."

"They are unorganized, unhelpful, rude, and overall horrible and a terrible place to work for."

"Learn to be supportive, and actually help your employees do their job instead of grilling them for not doing their work."
