"The best thing was that I was always getting to do cutting edge stuff. Designing test plans and testing the newest products, working closely with all the engineers."

"Bring your A game to the interview. But don't forget to expose your humorous side. Be real, state what you know and be clear about what you don't know. It's a great group of people."

"Well, that tough, but the downside would be job instability, the shrinking number of clients, and some small political battles."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The most important thing is for Nimblefish to grown it's client base. Either a few more large clients, or several substantial medium-sized companies to keep the business and work rolling faster."
