"I've worked for Nike for 7 plus years. Nike is the leader in athletic footwear and is growing every day. Nike's retail stores have been growing every year, while maintaining the essence of what Nike is all about in each of its retail locations, especially in the flagship store where I worked in San Francisco. The passion for not only the products but service is what drives each and every person that is employed there."

What don't you like about working at Nike?

"ATG J2EE platform is the company eCommerce platform. It's ridiculously obscure, out-of-date and really difficult to use. You need to know a lot of company lore to get work done, and many FTEs will go out of their way to avoid dealing with contractors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

What don't you like about working at Nike?

"Some people are not polite to new hires."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A lot of people (FTEs) do not have enough work and are perhaps not very serious about their work just because they are FTEs. Nike spends a lot of money on them and they just come to the office, read and send a few emails, chit chat, go for running, and go home. Whereas they expect the contractor to be 100% PERFECT. Many of the FTEs are not competent to the ETWs, but nothing can be done, I guess. Change is what all of us are looking for. JUST DO IT."
