"Do some research on Nike as a company. Know a little history, and definitely have a passion for sports and athletic culture."

What don't you like about working at Nike?

"Retail hours were not ideal, and having days off rotate also could be inconvenient. But it allowed for flexibility, which was a plus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep putting the brand first. Learning the history of the company really allows you to care about what you are doing and be passionate about it."
