"There's a lot of misinformation out there relating to this organization and how they recruit new people. Most of what is online is nonsense, most probably from people who have not actually gone through the process. Other 'reviews' I've seen seem to be people who never took the time to read the protocols. I say this because their comments do not match the NHE web pages. My personal opinion is the company is relatively cutting edge as it relates to online fitness services. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years and I have not yet come across a company like this one."

"Haven't seen many reviews relating to my work title so figured I could add my personal experience with this company. I work as an NHE Health Panel Specialist alongside four others. We work as one of several nutrition teams who create wellness solutions for NHE online clients. As a clinical nutritionist, it's a perfect job for me. I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a 'dream job' because there are some aspects of the position that are tedious. Overall though, I would recommend the HPS for anyone with a dietetics background."

"NHE has a very comprehensive virtual employee program. Every component of the job is done remotely. They do require a capable laptop and you have to be a savy software user to fully comprehend all of their work interfaces for both exercise and nutrition."

"As someone who had extensive experience working Live Chat at my previous job and coming from a completely different industry, this job was a total 'do-over' for me. The NHE chat server was complicated to learn. There are so many different variables and assessment tools the company uses. I am impressed with the level of input flexibility reps have access to with clients. Personally, the way in which they provide fitness services changed my opinion about web-based personal training. Coming in, I was reasonably skeptical regarding how clients received a fitness program online that was more than just written instructions on how to train at home. I honestly enjoy this type of personal training."

"I just started working for this company but so far it's been a good experience. It's a long hiring process with an exam requirement which is very hard. Pay is good but there are no benefits or retirement packages (a big negative). I plan on working at NHE for 3-4 years, then after that I plan on looking for a job that will allow me to grow with the company and move up into management."

"I started working for NHE about two months ago. I have had no issues with the company. They do a good job with training to ensure you know precisely what to do and they conduct weekly online meetings to keep everyone on the same page."

"I was hired by NHE earlier this year to assist in their Facebook and Google page posts. I primarily provide articles relating to exercise science and nutrition. It’s a relatively stagnant job unless you love to write. I don’t particularly like to write but I am very good at it and this position offers a good work schedule for me. The company is very forward thinking. The ideas that come out of management makes me believe they will be a force to reckon with in the near future. Everything seems fresh. However, now when I say I work for NHE people say, ‘Who?’"
