"I've worked for nextlink since January and have enjoyed the experience. They are growing very fast and that has made the ability to be promoted very fast as well. They pay very well for the entry level employees. They are still in flux as to their growth and are willing to create positions for the right employee. Since they are growing so rapidly, they have yet to figure out how to stay competitive on the pay above the entry level and tend to be on the lower average of pay for Tier 2 and Supervisors."
