NextGen Healthcare Employee

"I have worked at NextGen for 3 years. During that time a new process for management started which has limited the growth potential of the employees. Individuals are being promoted based on years of service, not quality and performance. This is putting a strain on the employees who feel that they are being lead astray as the management team isn't capable or knowledgeable in the processes."
