What do you like about working at Next Day Blinds?

"Working with customers to determine their needs and recommending appropriate products and applications."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect to make the same money that managers were making 3 years ago."

What don't you like about working at Next Day Blinds?

"Management started to charge managers for parts, remakes, and even other peoples mistakes!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make those responsible for mistakes financially accountable. If there is a problem with measuring, the measure should be charged, not the store manager who has no control over the measurement. Same goes for float managers and assistants. Make them pay for their own mistakes. Also, if you want money for parts, charge the customer, not the store manager."
