"Nexseer Capital is a private finance firm that specializes in large project and equipment financing for middle market companies. The average transaction exposure ranges from $2M-$50M. I was recruited to join Nexseer Capital from my previous role as overseeing Enterprise rent a car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent a Car at the John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana. I met with the CEO and all top executives before accepting the job offer because I believed in the product they were selling as well as the direction the twenty one year old company was headed in. They matched my compensation as well as the ability for uncapped commission. I was able to become the top salesman in my first six months as well as chosen to lead our sales team. When I was wrapping up my first large deal of $16M, I soon found out that we operated in the gray and were not completely honest with our partners.
