"I worked for the company for a little over 2 years. I started off strong, with great coworkers, pay, and culture. However, shortly after I started, there was a lot of constant leadership changes that trickled down to the rest of the employees, leading to constant layoffs and role changes. The sales and marketing teams were hit the hardest by these, as the direction for those teams shifted constantly, sometimes very drastically. Made it hard to move up within a certain departments on work ethic alone, unless you were buddy buddy with the hire ups."
