"The company as a whole is in an excellent position to become a star performer in the $5 to $10 billion range. As a spinoff from Ashland Chemical, it is still having some growing pains as it is more of a startup than the company culture realizes. We will just have to see if a questionable executive strategy pushed to a relatively misaligned management structure working with immature functional groups can turn the corner."
