As a spinoff from Ashland Chemical, it is still having some growing pains as it is more of a startup than the company culture realizes. "Expect more from vendors, create a stronger relationship of unity from bottom to top of company"

"If your interviewing for any kind of position in labor / production, look for a job elsewhere. If your looking for management or corporate positions simply tell them your willing to trample anybody or anything that gets in the way of the bottom line. They will hire you on the spot."

"Management's obsession with maximizing profit and making everything LEAN, despite what it is doing to the morale of the actual bread winners."

"Stop worrying so much about the bottom line and ensure the people who are actually making you the money are happy and focused."

"I like that I have a paycheck and benefits, even though they're not that great, but I'm grateful I have them. Other than that... nothing."
