"Many times engineers works are not based on their education. As an electro-mechanical engineer, I'm doing mediocre work."

"Respect your people, especially your engineers who put many years in their education, but when the come to the shipyard, they are not respected by their management."

"They do not respect their engineers. Only friends of the bosses move up the ladder."

"Respect employees for their good work, and place them in jobs that are related to their education."
