"I've worked for New York & Company for about 4 months and what drew me there was the boss I would be working for. I worked for him at a previous company and loved the experience. I think that overall NYCo is a great company, however, I think that they can improve on eliminating bottlenecks in the online customer experience and ensuring that the experience is seamless."
