"I've worked for the school district for over 5 years. New Trier is a high performing public school, known nationally as providing a quality education. Focus is on the academic side from an employee standpoint. Support staff, non-certified/non-teachers, are often side-lined by administration and long-term planning is virtually non-existent. Staff are generally of a very high caliber, but departments are very independent to the point of inefficiency. Benefits and overall environment excellent."
