"Great people! Most departments are small and allow personal service, across sites. However because the company is small, the benefits leave a little to be desired. There is conservative leadership in underwriting, and liberal leadership in sales, which creates a great deal of back and forth between the teams. End of the month was always a challenge, as most goals were not met until the last minute."
