"I loved working with different people everyday. I loved teaching people how to do something they may not be comfortable with."

"They aren't hiring for instructors just contractors."

"Being and instructor I couldn't take and hour off to go to the doctor. I needed to take sick time for a whole day or vacation time for the whole day. I also didn't like carting around laptops to random locations."

"To show appreciation for staff knowledge and expertise in contributing to the overall company success. Learn more about the level of knowledge that the staff has or operate more from a hands off perspective if not willing to be empathetic."
