"It was extremely fast-paced and I acquired many skills during my brief time at New Horizons. The environment was pleasant, I had a great team of instructors that I managed and I love performing operational tasks, especially in a technical environment. It's what I excel in doing."

What don't you like about working at New Horizons?

"Operations and training staff were not given the support to operate efficiently. For example, there was an inordinate amount of IT issues occurring on a daily basis with respect to bandwidth capacity, hardware failures and improperly installed and/or uninstalled components (e.g. updates for Java on each machine, which was essential for students to use the e-learning application). Most of the issues were easy fixes and I frequently received and made suggestions on ways to eliminate/minimize their occurrences however, regional management limited our ability to correct them."

"very small environment at the branch. Hopefully it is more successful now."

"Hire more qualify teacher as the economy gets tougher to traing better students"

"continue to remake ourselves, always be market driven and plan first and then execute"

"This is a good company to work for. The atmosphere is good and my co-workers are pleasant."

"I worked here from 1999 - 2003.During that time I met colorful, knowledgeable and competent people. From the Instructors, Sales and Customer Service. The students were all treated well and shown respect.There is always some level of drama in a workplace. NH Atlanta had its share. I would, however, recommend anyone in the training field to attend or work there."

"I've worked for New Horizons for 2 year. There are very talented people working there that keep the company going. However they do not pay a living wage to there employees take take care of the day to day operations that keep the door open. Often the lower level employee does more of the work with no gain."
