What do you like about working at New England Financial?

"Good product offering. Great potential for business. I have ownership in my practice. I build my client base, but with some support from the firm to acquire new clients. Independence in the investment platforms with multiple options."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you understand the geographic location you'll be working out of and how it is connected to the primary office. Also, know what business you're in. NEF is a very good company, but it's not for everyone. Much more dedication to the insurance business then in financial planning or investments."

What don't you like about working at New England Financial?

"Organization structure is poor. Communication within the agency & the management team is just bad. Being in a detached site, we feel isolated and unimportant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase the communication throughout the organization. Hire more qualified staff with incentives to stay. Too much turnover in the support staff. Try not to commit to too many things."
