"I appreciated the amount of autonomy I was given on the video projects I was assigned, and I was blessed to be working under a manager who had been in the business for over 20 years. He gave me many pointers to hone my skills."

What don't you like about working at N.E.W. Customer Service?

"I did not enjoy the solitary nature of the position. I could sometimes go an entire day without interacting with another co-worker. Though I enjoyed the accommodations that were afforded me (I had an office with very up-to-date equipment) my location in the building was such that I saw very few people from day to day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be clear when describing jobs I am to complete, to give both criticism and praise when appropriate, and to be patient with requests."
