"The inability of management to be involved with new areas when needed and created. Sr. management not hiring direct reports with skill sets for the job, nor providing support and autonomy to the staff and Department Heads hired to ensure creation and federal Compliance / Regulations."

"Hire Staff that are competent for the position, excel at managing staff, Have all the necessary skill sets to exceed the job requirements and empower the management over each area to make decisions, while providing upper level management with reporting and metrics that reflect the progress and success of the divisions/departments."
