"i found New Century Health to be at the cusp of expanded growth due to the service it provides through its innovative technology in Oncological care. At present, the impression I get is that it is in the midst of growing pains. The company is always searching for pathways to improve but it is young in a sense that it is still learning about the challenges/pitfalls of decisions made. The IT team is excellent due to great talent and hard-work - focus is mostly on technology though and not the cultivating team further which is what will get them to hit the next level."

"Very high school clique environment, management is very judgmental, closed door policy is a joke, HR is not helpful at all, supervisors need more training. Only plus to working for this company are the benefits, cost is paid for by company 100%."
