It's a collective group of us doing consistent market research on what is being sold where, for how much, and the return of investment if and/or when I authorize the wholesale purchases. This I love. What I hate about being a men's buyer/new business manager, the negotiating with distributors and not arriving at a common ground. This happens often."

"The manager in my division was very difficult and only wanted it done her way."
